You authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method
You receive access to content as long as your subscription is active
You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period

3. Intellectual Property

All content on Serenity Daily — meditations, prayers, devotionals, app design — is the exclusive property of IURY FERREIRA GONTIJO 01953550673. You receive a personal, non-transferable license for personal use only.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. No refunds are issued for partial months, except as stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law (Lei nº 8.078/1990). Disputes resolved in the courts of Minas Gerais, Brazil.
